Unlockable Chompers

Just like every other character, the Chomper has a variety of unique characters that you are able to unlock. The Chompers are especially cool. Because the Chomper has the most health of the plants, it can do many more things than the others can. By that I mean it can survive longer, have more attack strategies, etc. The Chompers will always be the toughest to vanquish, so if you take one on you will want to be very careful and strategic about it. It is best to take on a Chomper from an elevated position because chompers don't have any ability that lets them jump high or get to you in any way. Anyway, back to the topic.
For the Chompers there is the Fire Chomper, the Hot Rod Chomper, the Power Chomper, the Toxic Chomper, Count Chompula, the Armor Chomper, Chester Chomper, and lastly, the Chomp Thing. The Chomper has the most unique set of unlockable characters. Starting off is my personal favorite, the Fire Chomper. I have mentioned this in my post about the ordinary Chomper and what not, but for those who forgot the Fire Chomper looks like a Chomper with fire surrounding its whole head and spiky hair. What the Fire Chomper does is instead of chomping the enemy, it will spew flames from its mouth, covering a short area. The flames don't have much range, so you will have to get up close and personal to the enemy. The fire itself will do damage, but it will also set the enemy on fire, doing small amounts of damage for only a few seconds. However, you can't spray the flames forever, if you keep holding down the trigger button for a while the flames will eventually stop, and the Fire Chomper will then have to "reload". The Hot Rod Chomper is one of the more interesting characters. The Hot Rod Chomper will still chomp the enemies, but when you finish eating an enemy it will get a speed boost similar to the Peashooter's hyper ability. The Power Chomper is similar to the Fire Chomper except for the fact that it spews electricity instead of fire. The Power Chomper also has the electric elemental effect. For those who forgot, if multiple enemies are next to each other and a character with the electric elemental effect hits them with their attack, it will link those enemies together, doing smaller amounts of damage to those who are linked together. The Toxic Chomper has the same effects as the Toxic Pea. The Toxic Chomper will spray green, liquid toxic at enemies in front of it, giving them the toxic elemental effect.
The Toxic Elemental effect works the same way as fire. The only difference is that the toxic damage does less than fire damage does, but the toxic effect lasts longer. The Toxic Chomper also has what is called a toxic aura. The Toxic Pea also has this same effect. Simply standing near the Toxic Chomper will give you the toxic elemental effect. However, this can also give away your position if you are sneaking behind an enemy. Next on the list is Count Chompula. Count Chompula is also a unique variant of the chompers. It works the same way as the Hot Rod Chomper too. It still chomps enemies like a regular Chomper, but when you finish eating an enemy you will regain 50 health; which is A LOT! Some spooky music plays at the same time too. Next is the Armor Chomper. The Armor Chomper is a part of the fairly old Zomboss Down DLC. (downloadable content) The Armor Chomper doesn't really have any special effects in it. It has the same attack as the regular Chomper. The only difference is that it has the most health out of every single character in the entire game. (225 to be exact) The Armor Chomper should always be at the front line when attacking. The Chester Chomper is one I have also mentioned earlier too. The Chester Chomper was created because Cheetos helped sponsor PopCap. (the creators of Plants vs Zombies) The Chester Chomper doesn't have any special effects either. The only difference is that it eats zombies the fastest of all the Chompers. Lastly, but certainly not least, is the Chomp Thing. The Chomp thing is a part of the Legends of the Lawn DLC. It is another unique variant of the Chompers. The Chomp Thing will spew out mud, murky water, and bugs. Sounds strange right? The Chomp Thing has the least amount of health of the Chompers, but also covers a wider area than normal when spewing its contents. That is all for this time, next time (as you probably predicted) I will be covering the characters of the Cactus. Until then!!!

Unlockable Sunflowers

Just like the peashooter, the sunflower has her fair share of unlockable characters. As you know, the sunflower has the lowest amount of health, but their is one particular sunflower that has a little bit more than usual. Some sunflowers do more damage than others, and some also have some elemental effects, and even some special abilities that others don't. Some might do more damage, some might hold more ammo, some might shoot faster, and some have more range than others. However, this does not only apply for the sunflower, it also applies for the other plants and zombies too! The great think about these character is that they eventually add more and more.
For the sunflowers there is the Mystic Flower, the Power Flower, the Shadow Flower, the Fire Flower, the Metal Petal, the Sun Pharaoh, and lastly, the Alien Flower. So starting off, the Mystic Flower is one of my personal favorites. The Mystic Flower fires almost as fast as you can pull the trigger button, implying that it is semi-automatic. Because she is semi-automatic, she has less ammo in each round, but each sun pulse does a lot more damage than the fully automatic sunflowers. Another awesome thing about the Mystic Flower is that she can charge up shots that will deal massive direct damage and a small amount of splash damage. The Power Flower has an elemental effect that I have not yet mentioned. If you have a character that has some form of attack that involves electricity, than it will have that electric elemental effect. If you hit an enemy and another enemy is near, it will link them together with electricity, doing a little bit smaller damage to the enemies that are linked to the main one getting hit. You could link the entire team with electricity if they were all together; there are no limits! The Shadow Flower actually looks pretty cool. Her petals are now all black with a blue outline, and her face is also blue. The special thing about the Shadow Flower is that she shoots faster than any of the other sunflowers, but because of that she has a shorter range.
The Fire Flower is like a regular sunflower, but instead she shoots fire sun pulses. The Fire Flower has the fire elemental effect that will set enemies on fire for a very short amount of time, and also doing a small amount of damage. Because of this, the Fire Flower can only shoot 30 shots per round. The Metal Petal is the sunflower that you get by leveling up. For those of you who remember, at level 10 you will unlock a particularly strong character. One thing I forgot to mention. Each character levels up separately, and not all at the same time. Each time you level up a character, you will also level up your player level. Anyway, the Metal Petal has the most health of all the sunflowers, which adds up to 150 health. A normal sunflower has 100 health, so that is a big increase. The Metal Petal also does a little more damage than an ordinary sunflower. However, because the Metal Petal is made of metal, she moves slightly slower than the other sunflower variants.
The Sun Pharaoh is a unique sunflower that you can get from the Zomboss Down DLC. (Downloadable Content) The Sun Pharaoh is a three-round-burst sunflower, meaning that it will shoot three rounds extremely fast. Because of this reason, the Sun Pharaoh will do more damage than normal. Another thing, because the Sun Pharaoh is a three-round-burst, it has a slower rate of fire. A little fun fact about the Sun Pharaoh is that there used to be a glitch (that they later fixed) that would allow the player to spam the trigger button, and after doing that the Sun Pharaoh would shoot all of her bullets at once, doing an insane amount of damage. Lastly, but most certainly not least, is one of my favorites, the Alien Flower. The Alien Flower is pretty interesting. She is also a semi-automatic sunflower that has a very low ammo capacity, but because of this she does high amounts of damage. After you shoot with the Alien Flower, wherever that bullet goes, it will leave what's called spore mist around. If an enemy stands in or around the spore mist, they will start to receive small amounts of damage at a very fast pace. It helps if you shoot the enemy because the spore mist will stick around where the bullet went. That is all for the sunflowers, next time you will hear about the chompers. Until then!

Unlockable Peashooters

Every playable character in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare has a variety of sub-characters that you can unlock. This time I will be explaining how to obtain and unlock these characters, but I will be talking specifically about the Peashooter for now. Later I will keep on going from character to character, and talking about what those specific characters do. You obtain most of these Peashooters through sticker packs. You buy sticker packs with coins that you earn by playing the game modes that the game has to offer. However, after leveling up after level 3 you will get a sticker pack containing 3 items. After level 4 those sticker packs will contain a character piece. Each time you level up after that, you will keep getting stickers. Eventually, at level 10, you will get a complete character. For the Peashooter that would be the Fire Pea.
For the Peashooters that you unlock, obtain, and automatically get, there is the Fire Pea, the Ice Pea, the Toxic Pea, the Commando Pea, the Agent Pea, the Law Pea, the Berry Shooter, and the Plasma Pea. Most of these Peashooters have elemental effects that can damage, or do something different, to the enemy. First off is the Fire Peashooter. The Fire Peashooter is kind of like the potted plant. They look very similar and even have the same elemental effect. Every time you hit them, no matter if it is direct or splash damage, you will set them on fire for a very brief amount of time. The fire damage will be rapid, and will do 5 damage every time. This is very helpful if the enemy you hit has low health and escapes. You won't have to chase them down because the fire will KO them. The Ice Pea is also very similar to the potted plant version. The Ice Pea will do a lot of damage when you get a direct hit. When you start attacking an enemy you will notice some snowflakes around them. They will also start to turn a light shade of blue. After you hit them a certain amount of times they will freeze in place with ice under their feet; giving you time to attack and deal massive damage. The Toxic Pea is one of my favorites. The Toxic Pea has another elemental effect: toxic. Toxic damage will do 2 damage for a short while; a little longer than the fire effect. Even standing near a Toxic Pea will inflict the toxic effect. The pea just has to fly past your head too; let alone hit them. So besides doing good damage on its own, the Toxic Pea is pretty over powered. The Commando Pea is actually pretty interesting. The Commando Pea is a fully automatic Peashooter. It is actually a lot less over powered than you probably think. Though it fires fast, it has a little bit of recoil, and the peas do 9-13 damage. The Commando Pea doesn't have any other special differences or anything. The Agent Pea is my personal favorite. It fires as fast as you can press the trigger button. Though it doesn't do as much damage as any other peashooter, it fires rapidly (depending if you can fire the trigger button fast enough) and also does a good amount of damage. The Law Pea looks like a Peashooter dressed up as an old, wild west, sheriff. The Law Pea is also fully automatic, but only shoots six bullets. The six bullets actually represents the ammo of a revolver, which was a common weapon back in those days. The Law Pea will also do as much damage as a a regular Peashooter too; making it ridiculously over powered. You actually get both the Berry Shooter and the Plasma Pea through a sticker pack that is given to you for free. The Berry Shooter actually represents the new Aquafina flavor. It doesn't have any special effects whatsoever. The Plasma Pea can actually charge up a shot. When it is fully charged it will implode, and then explode, doing massive damage. You can also fire really fast on your own. That is all for this time. Next time will be the Sunflower. So until next time!

Summoned Zombies

Summoned zombies are just like the potted plants, but for zombies. The difference is you don't plant them in a pot. Summoned zombies can be very effective and efficient during game modes were the plants have to defend the objectives. The zombies that you summon move around too; making it harder for your enemies and potted plants to hit them. Some summoned zombies have armor on them, so what that means is that when an enemy plant hits them they will be doing damage to their armor, and not the zombie. Plants can destroy the armor, but it takes a while, and if they are focused on destroying the zombie's armor; that will just make it that much easier to vanquish them. However, some potted plants, and elemental effects can go straight through the armor, and directly damage the zombie. Peashooters can do splash damage to those that have armor, but it won't do that much. Elemental effects do most of the damage, which is very useful if you are one of the unlockable plant characters. The special Chompers that you can unlock do the most damage against these armored zombies. The elemental Chompers will spray whatever their name says they spray, and will deal direct damage to the zombie. Also, the Fume Shroom will deal direct damage to the zombie, but not much. If an armored zombie with full health targeted a Fume Shroom; it would most likely win.
For the summoned zombies there is the Brown Coat, the Cone Head, the Bucket Head, the Flag Zombie, the Newspaper Zombie, the Screen Door Zombie, the Coffin Zombie, the Outhouse Zombie, the Exploding Imp, the Map Pirate, the Barrel Pirate, the Backup Dancer, the Vampire Zombie, the Heal Zombie, and lastly, one of my favorites, the Yeti Imp. The Brown Coat just looks like a zombie from the original Plants vs Zombies game. He has a brown coat and blue jeans, and will just run around pretty quickly and do a little bit of damage; you will be able to one-shot him with just about anything, so there is nothing to be afraid of. The Cone Head is just the same as the Brown Coat, but with a cone on his head. The cone magically gives the zombie more health, but just a little. You can easily take out a Cone Head. Same thing with the Bucket Head. The only difference is the bucket has a little more health than the cone. The Flag Zombie is just a Brown Coat holding a flag. There really isn't any other difference other than the flag... The Newspaper Zombie has a black coat, black hair, glasses, and a newspaper. The Newspaper Zombie is actually a bit tougher than the others that I have mentioned so far. The Newspaper acts as a little bit of armor that covers the zombie. Once you destroy the newspaper the zombie will start running a lot faster at you. The Screen Door Zombie is a Brown Coat with a screen door. The screen door has a lot of health too. You can actually go behind the zombie and deal direct damage. Fume Shrooms can also deal direct damage through the screen door. The Coffin Zombie, Outhouse Zombie, and the Barrel Pirate, all share the same qualities. They all have something that covers their whole bodies with massive amounts of armor. The Coffin Zombie has a coffin, the Outhouse Zombie has a port-a-potty, and the Barrel Pirate has a barrel. This is where elemental effects would come in handy. Chompers in specific. Elemental effects will normally do small amounts of direct damage, but every little but counts! Chompers, however, can deal massive amounts of direct damage. Also, Chompers can go behind and under these zombies and eat their armor. Armor takes a less time to eat though, so you will then be able to eat them quicker. The Exploding Imp is a small little zombie that rolls around on a bomb. Exploding Imps aren't too much of a threat though, and that is because they don't have much health. When they explode, however, they will do massive damage. So you might want to send these little guys in groups. The Map Pirate is just like a Newspaper Zombie, but he is a pirate, and also has a map instead of a newspaper. The Backup Dancer normally spawns in Garden Ops when the Disco Zombie is on the map. Now you can use him multiplayer! They will dance wherever they go, and will even dance while attacking. They only have the same amount of health as a Cone Head though. The Vampire Zombie also has the same amount of health as a Cone Head. Every time the Vampire Zombie attacks it will gain five health back. The Heal Zombie is the most helpful zombie ever. He will go around and heal you until you are full.  Lastly, but most certainly not least, is the Yeti Imp. The Yeti Imp looks like an Imp with white fur everywhere in his body except his face. This Imp doesn't roll around on anything; instead he walks around and looks for target. One last thing. When the Yeti Imp explodes it will will freeze you the same way an Ice Shroom does. That is all for this time. Next time will be a little different then before. UNTIL THEN!

Potted Plants

I have now, finally covered all of the characters, their abilities, and their upgrades. From now on I will be talking about some of the sort of small things. Now don't get me wrong; I will still be talking about the big things that happen, and the other major things that I haven't explained. What I am saying is that I will now be talking about, for example, are the game modes, unlock-able characters, strategies, etc. This time I will be talking about potted plants. Potted plants are actually very important when it comes to defense. You can't technically use them for offense, but I would say that there could be an exception. You can plant them near some of the enemies' spawn, but not very many. Anyway, potted plants are kind of like guardians that will shoot any zombie in their range, and will protect the objective. They won't, however, protect you in specific. There are a wide variety of potted plants that you can collect; each coming from sticker packs that you can get. You can have more than one at a time, and you can have every single one of them at the same time. For potted plants there is the Pea Cannon, the Pea Repeater, the Gatling Pea, the Bonk Choy, the Scaredy Shroom, the Heal Flower, the Fume Shroom, the Goop Shroom, the Snap Dragon, the Ice Shroom, the Doom Shroom, the Ice Peashooter, the Fire Peashooter, the Bamboo Shoot, and last, but certainly not least, the Laser Bean.
Now some of these plants have what I call elemental effects. I will tell you about those effects once I get to them in the list. The Pea Cannon, Pea Repeater, and the Gatling Pea all do the same thing; they shoot peas at you. There is a difference though. The Pea Repeater shoots faster than the Pea Cannon, and the Pea Gatling shoots faster than the Pea Repeater. The Bonk Choy is actually pretty interesting. He looks like a cabbage with arms that are ready to get in a fight. He has a mean look on his face too. If an enemy gets close to him he will start punching them, doing 75 damage. An effective strategy for the Bonk Choy is placing him in a pot around a corner. An enemy will come around the corner, and will suddenly get uppercutted, dealing massive damage, and most likely vanquishing them. The Scaredy Shroom is a tall and skinny mushroom that will shoot zombies at a medium range, but if an enemy gets close to him he will stop shooting and start cowering in fear. The Heal Flower has the same ability as the Sunflower's ability, but it heals a lot slower. The Fume Shroom shoots a purple liquid that will hurt really bad, and will pierce armor. This is really effective against coffin zombies and others with strong armor. The Goop Shroom freezes enemies in their tracks by shooting green goop (that is similar to the Chomper's) at enemies that get too close to it. The Snap Dragon will breath flames on the enemies that get close to it, and will spray flames for a very long time doing a lot of damage. The Ice Shroom will freeze any zombies that come near it, the only down side is that it attacks slowly, and has to recharge after each attack. The Doom Shroom is my personal favorite, and every time an enemy comes close it hover in the air and make a BIG explosion. The Doom Shroom also has to recharge after it attacks. I forgot to mention that the Ice Shroom and the Doom Shroom will hide in their pots after each attack like the Scaredy Shroom. Next is the Ice Peashooter. The Ice Peashooter is one of the plants that has an elemental effect. What I mean is that when it shoots you repetitively it will start to slow you down, and freeze you for a short amount of time leaving you open to attacks, and will also keep shooting you while you are frozen. The Fire Peashooter also has an elemental effect. The Fire Peashooter only has to shoot you once though. It will set you on fire, dealing 5 damage for a few seconds every time it shoots you. It also does damage by hitting you too. The Bamboo Shoot is awesome. The Bamboo Shoot will shoot a giant rain of bamboo sticks at the area where the enemy is, doing massive damage. But because the Bamboo Shoot does this, it also has to recharge. Lastly is the Laser Bean. The Laser Bean is a new addition to Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare that comes in the new Legends of the Lawns sticker pack. The Laser Bean will rapidly shoot lasers at the target, doing exactly eight damage. Laser beans are very effective in large groups because of their rapid fire lasers. So if you ever have the chance, (especially in Gardens and Graveyards) plants as many of these guys as possible. That is all for this time; next time I will be explaining summoned zombies. Until next time; I hope you guys enjoy this action packed game just as much as I do!

Boss Mode

One thing I forgot to mention about the characters is boss mode. Boss mode is exclusively on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Boss Mode allows you to be the two narrators of the game: Crazy Dave and Dr. Zomboss. Boss Mode lets you fly around in the character's vehicle and help out your teammates. Each boss gets similar abilities that will help your teammates, or help capture the objective, etc. During boss mode you get 2,000 health, and your screen shows a map of the map that you are playing on, and your teammates. When you are in boss mode you collect sun points (as Crazy Dave) that will randomly fall, and you can save those up for your abilities. Crazy Dave will fly around in his futuristic RV camper, and Dr. Zomboss will fly around in his zombie blimp thing. Crazy Dave will mostly help teammates. He doesn't have just three abilities. Instead, he has four. The abilities are the Coconut Spotting Station, the Revive Rainbow, the Twin Heal Flower, and the Cherry Strike. The Coconut Spotting Station is a radar that you can place in multiple places, and will tell you where the zombies are. When you use the Revive Rainbow ability you have to use it next to a teammate who is KO'd, and it will revive them. The twin heal flower is just a heal flower times two. If you think about it it's kind of like an upgrade for the heal flower, but the sunflower doesn't get to use it. The Twin Heal Flower, as you can guess, heals you twice as fast as a regular heal flower. Lastly is the cherry strike. You will launch a bunch of cherries like an airstrike in the place that you select. The cherries will do a TON of damage when they hit you, so make sure to steer clear of them.
The next boss that you can play as is Dr. Zomboss. Dr. Zomboss is the narrator of the zombies side, and also flies around in a blimp type thing with a zombie head on the front. Dr. Zomboss's abilities are extremely similar to Crazy Dave's. The first one being the Superb Zomboss radar. You can still place multiple radars around the map, and they will still show you were your enemies are. The next ability that you get is the Reviving Brainz BBQ. The Reviving Brainz BBQ will act the same way as before. You have to place the ability right next to a teammate who is KO'd though. The third ability that you get is called the Zomboss Healing Station. The Zomboss Healing Station is like an improved version of the scientist's healing station. It heals a lot faster than a normal healing station. Which is the reason why it is very similar to the twin heal flower. The fourth and final ability that you get as Dr. Zomboss is the cone strike. This ability is actually similar to the engineer's drone's ability. The only big differences is that the bombs are bigger, and do A LOT of damage. That is all I have for this time; sorry if I messed up the information because I do not know much about boss mode. Until next time.

The Basic Uses Of The All-Star

It is now time to finish up the zombies. This time I will be talking about the All-Star. The All-Star is the tank of the zombies. For those who forgot, the tank is the one who has A LOT of health. The All-Star has the most health out of main the zombies and the plants. By main I just mean out of the characters you start with, and not the ones that you can unlock. The All-Star has a whopping 200 health, so you will always want to have these guys at the front line whenever you are attacking. In order to not make the All-Star
overpowered it has a gun that does 3-6 damage. However, the All-Star's gun doesn't have to reload because it can fire for a very long time. It can, however, overcharge, but the cool down time only lasts for a max of about 5-7 seconds. One thing that I have noticed about the zombies is that the characters are based on the subject that they have been given. By that I mean that they are kind of categorized. For example, the all of the All-Star's unlockable characters are different types sports players. The engineer's are different types of everyday workers. The scientist's are just different kinds of scientists that study different things. Finally, the foot soldier's are different kinds of ranks of military. Also, another thing that I thought was kind of cool is that the All-Stars shoot whatever their name describes they are. For example the All-Star shoots foot balls at the enemies, the baseball star shoots baseballs, and so on.
Like all of the other characters the All-Star has his share of abilities and upgrades. The first ability you unlock being the imp punt. The imp is just a small tiny little zombie that you can summon to attack players, but the same rules don't apply in this case. The imp punt allows the All-Star to kick an imp that looks like a little fan boy with a foam finger in one hand, and a drink in another. After about a couple of seconds after you kick the imp he will explode. The ability is very similar to the peashooter's chili bean bomb and has the same properties. When it explodes it will almost always kill anybody within its radius, even if you are on the edge of it. The second ability that you unlock is called the sprint tackle. The sprint tackle does what it says. The All-Star will quickly "sprint" at you, and if it hits you it will deal a devastating amount of damage. Finally, the last ability that you unlock is called the dummy shield. The All-Star will summon a tackle dummy that ordinary foot ball players use for practice, and use it as a shield. You can only place down two shields, and when one of them is destroyed and your ability is finished recharging, you can place down another one. This acts like the cactus' tall nut battlement ability, except the only difference is that the dummy shield actually covers your entire body instead of leaving your face open to attacks.
Now I will begin to explain the upgrades for these abilities. The first one being for the imp punt, which is called the long bomb. Instead of kicking the imp a short distance, which I forgot to explain, the All-Star now kicks the imp a far ways away. This is very effective if you are behind a dummy shield and there is a group of plants behind it. What you can do is that you can back up a little so that the long bomb doesn't bounce off the dummy shield and destroy it, and then use the long bomb ability. Those group of plants will most likely be gone, and if not you can sprint tackle the rest of them. That leads me to the second upgrade which is for the sprint tackle, but instead is now called the ultra tackle. The ultra tackle is only more powerful than the sprint tackle. It might cover more distance, but from my knowledge, it doesn't. This is also helpful if there is a group of plants standing right next to each other. You simply just activate your ability and aim for the group of plants. The ultra tackle will almost one-hit-kill your target, but not quite. One thing I forgot to mention about the tackles is that they both send your enemies flying a short distance. The third and final upgrade that you get is for the dummy shield, which is now called the shield decoy. The shield decoy is actually a lot weaker version of the dummy shield, but instead of only being able to place two of them, you are now able to place four of them.
That is all for this time. Next time I will be talking about general stuff that will help you out, and also I will be talking about some more information about the game in general. The posts will probably not concern the characters unless it's about the characters that you are able to unlock. Until next time!

The Basic Uses Of The Scientist

So this time, like I said before, I will be over viewing the scientist. The scientist is the medic of the zombies' side. For those of you who forget, the medic is the one who does all of the healing, reviving, etc. Other plants and zombies can revive fallen teammates to, but they do it a lot slower than the medic. The scientist is a lot unlike the sunflower because it has sort of different abilities/upgrades, and because it has an entirely different weapon. The scientist has a shotgun type weapon that does an extremely high amount damage at close range, but doesn't or can't do that much damage at long range. Some of the different scientists that you unlock have a faster firing rate than the original one, and some also do more damage than others, but typically don't hold too much ammo or have a decreased range. The main difference the scientist has from the sunflower is because of his abilities. The sunflower only has one ability that actually does damage to the enemy which is completely different from the scientist's. For the scientist's abilities the first one you unlock is called the sticky explody ball. It is EXACTLY what the name says it is. It is a ball that can stick to any surface and explodes when an enemy walks past it or stands near it. The second ability that you unlock is the warp. The warp allows the scientist to teleport a short distance, and actually does a good amount of damage depending on what upgrade you use. The third and final upgrade that you get is the healing station. The healing station looks like a fire hydrant and sprays a strange purple liquid that heals you and other zombies around you, including non-player zombies. For upgrades there are actually two separate upgrades for the sticky explody ball. The first one is the mega heal bomb. The mega heal bomb actually works a little different. The scientist will throw out a really big spherical ball that has a medic sign on it and it takes a few seconds before it explodes, but when it does explode it heals you and other teammates and non-player zombies by a lot of health! The other upgrade you get actually comes with a character you unlock called Dr. Chester. Because Pop Cap, the creators of Plants Vs Zombies, teamed up with Cheetos, they came out with two new characters; one being Dr. Chester, and the other one being Chester Chomper. Anyway, the other upgrade that you get for the sticky explody ball is called the sticky cheetah ball. The sticky cheetah ball is just a more powerful version of the sticky explody ball and has no other differences. The next upgrade that you can get is for the warp, which is now called the energy warp. The energy warp is like the chomper's burrow ability, but instead there is no way of taking out your enemy, but you are invincible. There is also the cheesy warp, which is the upgrade that I mentioned earlier that does damage when you teleport near an enemy There is a game mode called gardens and graveyards in which the objective is to capture the gardens that the plants are protecting. A strategy you could use in this game mode is that you could use your energy warp and sit in that spot where nobody can hurt you, and letting you capture the objective. The third and final upgrade that you get is for the heal station that actually has two upgrades as well. The first one being the armored heal station. The armored heal station has four times the health as a normal heal station, and recharges faster, but actually heals a little slower than usual do to those effects. The second upgrade that you get for the heal station is the cheetah heal station. The cheetah heal station heals faster, but also despawns faster than normal. That is all for the scientist. Next time I will be rapping up the zombies side with the All-Star, which is my personal favorite zombie, and is also the tank of the zombies. Until then, enjoy the game! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

The Basic Uses Of The Engineer Zombie

This time I will be talking about the Engineer Zombie, how to use it, and his abilities/upgrades. The Engineer is a little strange because he isn't exactly like the plants side. The zombies don't exactly have a sniper, but most of the zombies can shoot a fair distance or the distance of a sniper. The Engineer can't shoot as far as most of the zombies, but it can still shoot pretty far. The Engineer has the same amount of health as the foot soldier zombie, which is approximately 125. The thing about the Engineer is that it is kind of unpredictable. He does dish out a lot of damage no matter what type of engineer you are using. The strange thing about him is that he is like a mix between the peashooter (run-and-gun) and the cactus (sniper). The reason for that is because he does A LOT of damage, has a good amount of health, and has a pretty fast reload time. The Engineer is actually more like the cactus because he has similar abilities. The reason he is also like the peashooter is because he does splash damage and has about the same time in between shots and what not. For his abilities the first one you unlock is the sonic grenade. The sonic grenade is actually pretty overpowered. What the sonic grenade does is it stuns enemies after about a second when you throw it out. The stun time is ridiculous, giving you time to wipe out an entire group of plants. Also, if a chomper is coming at you with his burrow ability you can actually force him to pop out of the ground and stun him, giving you time to take him out. The second ability that you unlock is the zombot drone. The zombot drone is just the zombie version of the garlic drone. It has the exact same health, does the same amount of damage, and has a similar ability called the cone strike, which instead of launching corn on the cob missiles, it drops a bunch of bombs on your head. The third and final ability that you get is the jackhammer. The jackhammer is similar to the the peashooter's hyper ability. What the jackhammer does is make the Engineer a lot faster, and it actually lasts a lot longer than hyper mode. For upgrades, you will get proximity sonic mines, the rocket drone, and the turbo jackhammer. The proximity sonic mines are just the sonic grenades, except they are mines. They still stun enemies for a certain amount of time, and do pretty much nothing else. The mines are also another reason the Engineer is like the cactus. The rocket drone is just the upgraded version of the zombot drone. Instead of shooting thin red laser things at you, it shoots one giant purple laser at you, doing a lot more damage, and making it a little easier to hit the targets. It also still has the same ability as before too. The third and final upgrade that you get, as mentioned before, is the turbo jackhammer. The turbo jackhammer is just a faster version of the regular jackhammer, but it doesn't last nearly as long. That is it for this time. Next time I will be talking about the scientist, or the medic of the zombie side. Until next time, enjoy the game! :D

The Basic Uses Of The Foot Soldier Zombie

Finally I move on to the zombies. The first zombie that I will talk about is the foot soldier zombie. The foot soldier zombie is the zombie equivalence of the peashooter. The foot soldier zombie, unlike the plants, has a gun that can shoot extremely fast, and can shoot as far as you want it to. The foot soldier zombie has the same amount of health as the peashooter, which is approximately 125. Sadly the foot soldier zombie doesn't deal splash damage, so instead you have to hit the target straight on, which isn't actually very difficult. The foot soldier zombie is also the perfect troop for taking out the garlic drone because of his weapon accuracy and because it deals more than 5 damage, which is how much health the garlic drone has. The foot soldier zombie is also the run-and-gun character of the zombies side which, for those of you who forget, means that he can dish out a good amount of damage, and reload fast, but doesn't have that much health. Another great thing about the foot soldier zombie is its three unique abilities. The zombies also have three abilities which can be unlocked by leveling up your characters which you do by completing challenges that the game gives you. The first ability that you get is the zombie stink cloud. The zombie stink cloud is kind of like tear gas, but it hurts plants rapidly doing 2-3 damage per second. A strategy that you could use with the zombie stink cloud is using it as a shield. Since the cloud damages plants they won't be able to go in and find you. There are icons on the screen indicating who and where the players are allowing you to find and shoot the plants. The plants can do the same to you, but it will be a lot harder for them. The second ability that you unlock doesn't involve the zombie rooting himself into the ground, but instead lets him use the jet pack sort of thing on his back. The second ability that you get is the rocket jump. The foot soldier zombie has a jet pack/bazooka on his back that he uses for multiple things. Anyway, the rocket jump allows the the zombie to jump really high in the air, which can be used to escape dangerous situations, or it can be used to reach places that you couldn't normally reach. The third and final ability that you get is the ZPG. Unfortunately I don't know what ZPG stands for, but I do know what it does. It is an RPG that you lean over and shoot, using the bazooka part of your machine thing, firing a gigantic missile that does massive damage that will almost always one-shot an enemy. A very good and very effective strategy that you could use that involves all three of your abilities is that you can throw down a zombie stink cloud canister, rocket jump in the air, and while in the air use your ZPG, which can take down multiple targets. Now I will talk about the weapon upgrades. The upgrade for the zombie stink cloud is the super stink cloud. The super stink cloud only does more damage, and nothing else. At least nothing else that is out of my knowledge. The upgrade for the rocket jump ability is the rocket leap. The rocket leap isn't so much of an upgrade though. It just allows you to rocket jump a lot farther than the rocket jump, but at the cost of height. The third and final upgrade is the multi-rocket. The multi-rocket is for the ZPG, and shoots multiple rockets that do less damage, but you still shoot five of them that do 14-20 damage, which also doesn't include tons and tons of extra splash damage that wull get the job done. That is all for this time. Next time I will be talking about the Engineer Zombie. Until then. enjoy the game! :D

The Basic Uses Of The Cactus

Today I will be telling and teaching you about how to use the cactus. The cactus is the sniper of the plants side. The sniper is the one that can both shoot long range and do a lot of damage at the same time. The only down side about the cactus is that you have to hit them with a direct hit. The cactus also has an enhanced zoom site so you can aim and shoot from longer distances. The cactus also has bad recoil, which is also one of the qualities that represents a sniper rifle. Not all cacti have as bad recoil like some do. A couple of unlockables do have a tiny bit of recoil, but not much. Cacti can do very high damage in a short amount of time. The cactus does about 22 damage for a body shot, and close to 33 damage for headshots. They shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger button. Also, if you like to camp in games with weapons, the cactus is the one for you! You can find a safe spot to hide where nobody will be able to see you, and then you can snipe them, and the enemy will be stumped and trying to figure out where you are giving you more free kills. The cactus, like all of the others, has three unique abilities. The first you unlock is called the Tall Nut Battlement. The Tall Nut battlement is just a barrier made out of tall peanut shaped plants tied together by a rope. If non-player zombies come across one they will target it, and it will take them a while to take it down. The second ability is the garlic drone. The garlic drone is a flying garlic that you control can shoot what looks like seeds, and also has an ability of it's own called the corn strike. The corn strike sends out a bunch of corn missiles on wherever you target it. The onion drone can be shot down by one bullet by any character except the all star zombie. You can't shoot forever with the onion drone because then it would be over powered, so to prevent that from happening it has a short cool down time. You will always want to move with the garlic drone because it can be shot down very easily The cactus' third and final ability is the potato mine. The potato mine is what it says. The potato mine will plant itself into the ground and take a little time to get ready to explode. The potato mine will almost always one-hit-kill you, unless you get lucky of course. The cactus also has weapon upgrades that you can get through sticker packs. The upgrade that you get for the Tall Nut Battlement is called the Iron Medan. The Iron Medan is a small and fatter wall nut that is stuffed into a metal suit of armor, making it a lot tougher to destroy than before. The upgrade that you get for the onion drone is the artichoke drone. The artichoke drone is a lot better than the garlic drone because it has a lot more health than before. It also does a little more damage than before so now you can kill zombies even faster! The best thing about the artichoke drone is that the corn strike ability recharges a lot faster than before! You will want to keep moving, however, because a few shots from a foot soldier zombie can still take it out. Also if you die while using a drone it will explode; obviously making it unusable. The next upgrade, which is for the potato mine, isn't really an upgrade in my opinion. It is the potato nugget mine. The potato nugget mine is a smaller and weaker version of the potato mine, but you get to plant a lot more of them than before. That is it for today! Next time I will move over to the zombies side! Until next time, enjoy the game!!! :DDD

The Basic Uses Of The Chomper

This time I will be over viewing the Chomper. The chomper is known as the tank, meaning it has a ton of health. The chomper has one main attack, and I bet you can guess what it is. The chomper's bites do 25, or very close to 25, damage. The good thing about the chomper is that there are multiple one's that you can unlock. My personal favorite is the fire chomper. The fire chomper doesn't actually bite the opponents, so instead it sprays flames at them. Unfortunately you cannot spray flames forever, so it will stop after a certain amount of time, leaving you vulnerable. A good target to pick off while being a chomper is the scientist. The scientist has the lowest amount of health so you can easily chomp it to death. A cool thing about the chomper is that if you are behind a zombie a red target looking thing, (a pair of chomper jaws) and if you press the trigger button while that target is showing you will stick the zombie to your tongue and swallow eat him. The only down side is that it takes time to eat and swallow the zombie, thus making you vulnerable. So if you are surrounded by zombies you will most likely die because you wont be able to use any of your abilities, and it will also make you a little bit slower. Although, if you eat the zombie they will be unrevivable. Like the peashooter and sunflower the chomper has three unique abilities. The first one that you unlock is the goop. What the chomper does is he spits a purple goop at the zombies making them unable to move, giving the chomper time to swoop in for the kill. Unlike the peashooter and sunflower the chomper does not root itself into the ground, instead it has the ability called burrow. What the chomper does is he burrows underground and starts moving swiftly underground. If you are under a zombie while using the burrow ability a big red target will appear which will enable you to come up from the ground and eat the zombie. The chomper's third and final ability is to spray spikeweed on the ground. What spikeweed does is when a zombie steps over it it will be grabbed by the ankle, and stuck in the air. Although it does do a small amount of damage the purpose of the spikeweed is to give the chomper time to swoop in and eat the target while they are hanging in the air. The spikeweed only puts the zombie in the air for a very small amount of time so you will have to quickly make your way to where you put your spikeweed. That is it for this time, so next time I will be over viewing the cactus, or the sniper of the class. Until then, enjoy the game! :D

The Basic Uses Of The Sunflower

The sunflower is the medic class of the plant side. The medic is the one who does all of the major healing, faster reviving, etc. Although the sunflower is weak, it can dish out a good amount of damage. The sunflower typically has a lot of ammunition. With the amount of ammunition the sunflower has, and depending on how much skill you have, you can easily take down an All-Star. The sunflower also can shoot very fast, making it easier to take down targets with the amount of damage she has. The sunflower, like the rest of the playable characters, has three unique abilities. The first you unlock will be the heal beam. The heal beam, as stated in the name, is a heal beam. Once you activate it the beam it will target the nearest player, or potted plant, and send them a thin glowing line that will heal them at a medium pace. The second ability you will unlock is the sun beam. The sun beam is similar to the pea Gatling ability, where the sunflower roots herself into the ground and blasts what looks like a giant heal beam, that doesn't actually heal, that will do a ton of damage, usually 6-8, at an extremely fast pace. The third, and final, ability you will unlock is the heal flower. The heal flower is a miniature sunflower that will quickly generate what looks like sun points (your main source of energy used to survive in the first few games) that will quickly heal you and or the other players around it. A strategy you could use if you are the sunflower, if you are at low health and are surrounded by a lot of zombies, is you can plant heal flower and then activate your sun beam ability, and then you will be virtually indestructible because the heal flower will act as a health regenerating shield. So unless you are hit with a ZPG (one of the foot soldier zombie's ability) to the face, you will be almost invincible. If you are lucky enough, you will get some of the sunflower's weapon upgrades. The rainbow beam, which is the upgraded ability of the heal beam, is absolutely positively no different from the heal beam except for the fact that instead of the glowing line, it is a rainbow. The next upgrade is the solar flare beam, which is the upgraded version of the sun beam. What it starts out like is four tiny green lines of sun beam intersecting into each other, turning into a big green, and a lot more powerful sun beam. The next and final upgrade is the dark flower. The dark flower is the upgraded version of the heal flower. Essentially, the dark flower is the complete opposite of the heal flower because it is evil. Instead of creating small little sun points and healing players, it shoots thin red lasers at other opponents, causing a good amount of damage. Heal flowers and dark flowers can both be killed, (if not they will despawn after a certain amount of time) so you will want to protect them so you can get the full package from them. Those are the basics of the sunflower. Next time I will be over viewing the chomper, the tank of the plants. I hope this helped a lot, and until then, enjoy the game! :D

The Basics

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare is a third person shooter, meaning you play from a movie type view, with a variety of characters, both plants and zombies, and game modes. In the game there are four different types of plants and zombies, both with a variety of sub-characters. For plants you will meet the peashooter, the chomper, the sunflower, and the cactus. The peashooter is the run-and-gun type of character, meaning he does a lot of damage and reloads fast, but doesn't have a lot of health, 125 to be exact. Each character in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare has three unique abilities, each of those abilities can be upgraded via sticker packs. Sticker packs are your main source of items, characters, upgrades, and weapon upgrades. So, getting back to the topic, the peashooter's three abilities are the chili bean bomb, pea Gatling, and hyper mode. The chili bean bomb is what it says, it is a chili bean bomb that will kill anything that is within it's radius, and will also attract non-player zombies. Pea Gatling is an ability that makes the peashooter dig itself into the ground, stand guard, and shoot extremely fast. Even though it doesn't do too much damage, you still fire really fast, and can probably take out a hoard of zombies with it. Hyper is basically the peashooter on steroids and a sugar rush x 10. The peashooter goes a lot faster than normal and can jump really high so you can then get to places you couldn't normally reach. Another strategy you could use if your taking a lot of damage is you could use hyper mode when your in trouble and find a spot to hide and regenerate your health back. Both plants and zombies can regenerate health, but only to half of their maximum health. So say the peashooter is at 30 health, he would only regenerate back to 63 health, about half of 125. There are also eight different types of peashooters, which I will talk about a little bit later. Until then enjoy the game. :D
